Ammonia in glass cleaners breaks down vinyl polymers, causing yellowing and brittleness over time.
Pressure Washing
High-pressure water forces into panel seams causing seal failure, water infiltration, and frame corrosion. Never pressure wash EZ Breeze.
Abrasive Scrubbing
Vinyl scratches easily. Any abrasive material creates micro-scratches that permanently cloud the panel.
Dish Soap and Water
Dish soap residue creates a hazy film that becomes progressively harder to clean.

What is EZ Breeze?
EZ Breeze is a vinyl panel enclosure system used to enclose porches, patios, and sunrooms. The panels are made of polycarbonate or PVC vinyl — not glass. Extremely popular in Eastern Shore golf communities and waterfront homes.
Why cant I use regular glass cleaner on EZ Breeze?
Glass cleaners contain ammonia which breaks down vinyl polymers over time, causing yellowing, brittleness, and surface degradation. EZ Breeze requires vinyl-safe cleaning solutions only.
Can you restore yellowed EZ Breeze panels?
In many cases yes. Yellowing from oxidation and UV exposure can be significantly reduced with our vinyl restoration treatment.
How often should EZ Breeze be cleaned?
On the Eastern Shore we recommend 2-3 times per year due to pollen, salt air, and humidity buildup. Golf community properties often benefit from quarterly cleaning.

Do you clean the tracks and frames too?
Yes — tracks are critical. Dirt in tracks causes panels to bind and skip. We vacuum and wipe every track as part of every cleaning service.
